    ✓ Apply cool compresses (not ice) to reduce swelling and discomfort. Use gentle pressure for no more than 10 minutes at a time.

    ✓ Avoid touching, rubbing, or massaging the treated areas for at least 8 hours to prevent product displacement and irritation.

    ✓ Stay upright for at least 4 hours post-treatment. Avoid lying flat or face down.

    ✓ Refrain from applying makeup, creams, or skincare products to the treated area for the rest of the day unless directed by your practitioner.
